Mô Tả Công Việc
- HR management (HR policy; staff evaluation; in-house training planning; HRM process evaluation and innovation; resignation and termination handling);
- Compensation and benefit (C&B), payroll administration; PIT
- Recruitment (CV screening- short-listing, interview and test arrangement, job offer and labour contract arrangement).
General administration duties:
- Legal procedures for foreign invested company (registration, licensing);
- Legal and immigration procedure for foreign staff;
- Logistic arrangement and support;
- Office equipment management;
- Office renting;
- Assist with import-export procedures;
- Assist with purchasing and procurement;
- English- Vietnamese translation and interpretation support (technical document, brochure/ catalogue, website content, shipping document, internal standard procedures, HR policy);
- Other duties requested by the management.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• University graduated;
• A positive, “can-do” service-oriented attitude;
• Able to respond quickly and flexibly to queries and requests for assistance;
• Able to adapt under changing situations and variable workloads;
• At least 2 years of experience working in an administrative role and human resources management; import-export or purchasing experience is preferable;
• Computer literacy, strong MS office skills;
• Able to communicate with third parties with tact and discretion;
• Able to recognize the degree of confidentiality required and respond appropriately;
• Accurate, with close attention to details;
• Methodical and well-organized;
• Able to work independently without close supervision;
• Able to prioritize work and to meet deadlines;
• Fluent Vietnamese and English.
Salary and other benefits:
• Salary: Negotiable (salary range: 10 mil. – 14 mil. VND)
• Social/ health/ unemployment insurance as regulated by Labour Code
• Workmen compensation insurance
• Other benefits: will be discussed during the interview
• Day off: Saturday and Sunday
