1. POSITION OVERVIEW
The HR Director (Cluster) will be responsible for leading the HR & Administration strategy and operations of the Company across distinctive properties (operations run by the Owner including Nuong Village resort, activities and experiences for guests and visitors in Yen Tu as a destination and the Legacy Yen Tu MGallery), ensuring the alignment of human capital with business objectives. The role requires a strong leader who can integrate modern HR practices while ensuring compliance with both corporate and industry standards.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
2.1. Strategic HR Leadership & Organizational Development
• Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy tailored to the specific
business needs of both properties.
• Establish and implement HR policies, governance frameworks, and workforce
structures, ensuring operational excellence.
• Drive HR transformation initiatives, enhancing overall workforce productivity and
engagement.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to align HR functions with the company’s long-
term vision.
2.2. Talent Acquisition, Development & Workforce Engagement
• Develop and oversee talent attraction and retention strategies, ensuring a high-
caliber workforce.
• Design and implement training & development programs to enhance employee
skills and career growth.
• Establish performance management frameworks, fostering a culture of
accountability and excellence.
• Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
2.3. HR Operations & Compliance
• Oversee HR operations, compensation & benefits administration, ensuring
market competitiveness.
• Ensure full compliance with labor laws and corporate policies.
• Implement HR digitalization to enhance efficiency in talent management and data-
driven decision-making.
• Monitor and enhance workplace safety, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
2.4. Administration & Corporate Governance
• Oversee general administration functions, including office management,
departmental procurement, and facility services.
• Ensure effective contract management and legal compliance for corporate
administrative operations.
• Drive operational efficiency in administrative support functions across both
properties.
Yêu cầu công việc
Experience & Professional Background
• Minimum 10 years of HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role (HRD, HRBP Director, or equivalent).
• Strong background in hospitality, tourism, or multinational corporate environments.
• Proven ability to implement HR transformation, workforce planning, and talent development strategies.
