What you will do:
The HR Director will act as an employee champion and a leader of change. You will plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's human resource function and performance in Vietnam. Specifically, you will:
- Complete ownership of Human Resources & Talent Acquisition functions
- Provide overall leadership and guidance by overseeing talent acquisition, employee career development, succession planning, retention programs, training and leadership development
- Function as a strategic, human capital business advisor to the senior management team
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive Human Resources strategy that integrates and closely aligns with the business strategy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with and work collaboratively across teams to identify and solve problems and achieve organizational goals
- Design and deliver HR processes and programs including performance management, employee compensation & benefits, career development, and other processes
- Oversee benefit and compensation plans to ensure cost efficiencies and attractiveness to retain top talent
- Ensure that all HR policies and programs are compliant with the regulatory requirements in each jurisdiction
- Address any non-compliance matters on a timely and effective basis
- Provide expertise and oversight in the following areas: employee on-boarding, off-boarding, and engagement; career development, performance management, coaching, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, and company compliance
- Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Experience with IT Services firm / Tech Start-ups is a distinct advantage
- Should have played a key role in the rapid scale-up of an IT services/Technology firm
- Strong experience in policy-making, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent with Microsoft Office
- Highly flexible, adaptable individual with a can-do attitude
- Experience in dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Have a high-stress tolerance, can work well under pressure and the tight deadline
- Excellent proficiency in English
