Human Resources Executive

1. Training & Development (50%)

- Process all internal training programs in accordance with the company’s regulations.

- Design and prepare all training materials for training courses: Slides, video, records, etc.

- Assess training needs, and develop and deliver training programs for various levels of individuals.

- Build yearly training plan /training result analysis/Training data management.

2. Recruitment (30%)

- Handle full jobs of the recruitment process: Job posting/Screening/Interviewing/Offering/Probation Evaluation.

- Participate in Employer Branding activities

3. Employee Relationship (20%)

- Participate in Employee Engagement actitivities: Internal event, Workshop, Birthday party, Year-end party, etc.

- Perform internal communications/p

- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Korean Languages or relevant major

- Good verbal and written communication in Korean or English in Business

- Have a long-term career developing aspirations in Human Resources management

- Strong interpersonal skills, be honest, detail-oriented, eagle-to-learn in HR performance standards and retail business.

- From 02 years of experience in Human Resources, be passionate with Talent Acquisition/Training & Development.
