Mô Tả Công Việc

RESPONSIBILITIES


1) Human Resources management, including but not limited to the following:

• Process monthly payroll
• Manage SMU and PIT registration and reports
• Manage on-boarding and resignation procedures
• Do salary offers for new hires and promoted staff
• Conduct annual and bi-annual salary reviews
• Monitor Performance Management (probation review, poor performance/ill discipline management, high performance development, etc)
• Conduct annual salary survey and provide inputs for retention strategies
• Visit counters on a regular basis to maintain good rapport with field employees to solicit constructive feedback.
• Manage on- boarding and resignation procedures for all positions.
• Provide inputs for retention strategies where possible
• Maintain employee records

2) Talent Acquisition, including but not limited to the following:

• Clear Priorities, action plan, accountabilities, and timeline to deliver and ensure resource optimization.
• Update job descriptions and ensure job description files are well maintained.
• Independently take charge of recruitment for positions at executive levels and below (ensure recruitment requisitions are well justified and properly approved, review JD, search for candidates, CV screening, conducting interviews and tests, discussing with line manager in selecting most suitable candidates and driving recruitment process, preparing salary proposals, offering to candidates, etc)
• Complete the hiring plan (field team)
• Provide inputs for retention strategies where possible


3) Employee Engagement, Future of work and ID&E

• Develop and execute locally relevant FOW plans to partnership with stakeholders, drive the adoption of our ELC Future of Work strategy and embedding strong locally relevant execution that creates competitive advantage in VN
• Lead Employee Engagement and ID&E activities to cultivate a champion culture and build resilient workforce in new norm situation
• Assist HRM to develop Mentor & Buddy process to enhance employee experience to engage and retain our Talents
• Execute the communication plan and quarterly survey
• Responsible for organizing all company events.
• Work with HODs and key influencers to lead activities that build unity, engagement, pride in ELC and a strong EL Company culture that reflects our mission and values that position us as an Employer of Choice.


4) Training and Organizational Development

• Driving training agenda to provide BA necessary skill sets (how to do livestream, KOL in social digital channels) as well as hiring new external BAs
• Upskill/ reskill of talents to ensure adequate competencies are developed to maximum performance
5) Organize annual health check for all employees.
6) Human Resources Administration
• Attend to employee enquiries and clarifies policies and procedures.
• Regular review HR policies and procedures and suggest to HR & Admin Manager any amendments/improvements if necessary.

7) Support HR & Admin manager in any other tasks or projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

1) University graduate with Human Resources Management discipline.

2) Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably with retail/customer service background.

3) Good interpersonal and strong communication skills.

4) Highly adaptable and able to perform a variety of fast and change assignments quickly on short notice.

5) Independent, proactive and problem solver.

6) Meticulous and pleasant disposition.
