What You'll Do

● Lead the full recruitment process, from writing job posts to onboarding great talent.

● Design onboarding experiences that make new hires feel welcomed, aligned, and ready to perform.

● Support employee engagement through events, feedback, and team-building activities.

● Coordinate performance reviews and train managers on how to give constructive feedback.

● Develop growth plans, learning opportunities, and mentorship programs.

● Build thoughtful offboarding processes and maintain strong relationships with alumni.

Who We're Looking For

● 2+ years in HR or People Operations with experience across hiring, onboarding, and performance.

● Fluent in English for both internal and external communication.

● High emotional intelligence with a people-first mindset and clear communication style.

● Organized and proactive, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

● Capable of using data and insights to support decisions and improve HR practices.

● Trustworthy and aligned with leadership, with strong confidentiality and integrity.
