1. Recruitment
- For the internal recruitment process, a Human Resources Lead received and assessed the recruitment requests from department managers. Then, he or she may run job postings, initial interviews, and scheduling meetings to ensure that the logistics of the process are well organized and that the hiring process is successful.
- If the recruitment process is run externally, the HR lead needs to organize and involve external agencies and all stakeholders in the process.
2. Onboarding & Off-boarding
- New employees should be assisted in becoming productive as quickly as possible, and the HR lead must ensure that everything is in place for a smooth start to the new hire’s employment.
- Onboarding preparations include workspaces, equipment, company tours, statutory paperwork to onboard the new hire quickly and efficiently, and other aspects that impact the employee's experience. A HR lead acts as one of the main points of contact for the new hire during the onboarding process.
- HR lead will act as the contact point of off-boarding process between employee, department managers, accounting, and IT & Facilities team.
3. HR Records
- The HR team is responsible for the maintenance of HR records in the employee information to ensure complete, correct, and up to date always.
- New hires, staff exits, promotions, and all other changes to employees’ information must be captured in the Base-HR, and the database should be checked regularly for integrity.
- An HR Lead works with the HR team to improve the speed and accuracy of data capturing and provides regular reports to HR management.
4. Payroll
- Payroll represents a significant cost factor in any organization, and a Human Resources lead is responsible for the accuracy of each payroll run.
- Capturing work records, uploading timesheet and overtime data (if any), checking leave entitlements and usage, verifying benefits contributions, and finalizing the payroll roster before handing the data to the accounting team for payment are subjects to strict deadlines. So, a Human Resources lead is the main person in charge to ensure they are completed on time and accurately.
- HR Lead need to ensure the PIT, social insurance and labor report submitted in time and compliance with the regulation.
- Employment contract and other employment documents should be recorded and updated regarding the regulation.
5. Other tasks upon assignment from Management Board
- Training and development play a large part in the HR function and require coordination, preparation, and organization upon requirements of the management board.
- Other tasks related to HR functions upon requirement.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 3-4 years’ experience working in HR management (preferably for a IT/Tech startup)
- Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement,
- Highly skill in Microsoft Office: Word, excel and Power point.
- Solid understanding of Vietnamese Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, Personal Income Tax and HR practices.
- Strong data and numerical processing acumen and focus on accuracy, attention to details
