Human Resources Officer

The Human Resources Officer is in charge of all Human Resources that included but not limited to compensation and benefit management, and a whole pack of various items of benefit for the local and the expatriate employees.

Job Description:

• Work with the Human Resources Supervisor and follow up the tasks of employee benefit programs such as social & medical insurance, labor contracts, payroll and employees' services (accommodation, meals...).

• Assist the Human Resources Supervisor in working with the Line Managers and Admins team to ensure the employees' services.

• Work and communicate information to Departments/ employees about benefit and compensation programs, procedures, changes and regulatory disclosures.

• Coordinate & support expatriates in matters relating to visas, passports and work permits.

• Assist in recruitment, training, orientation and exit interview process.

• Prepare Human Resources data, reports and other duties when required.

Qualifications:

• Work at Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc.

• Bachelor's degree or above.

• Good English communication skills.

• Good communication and customer service to employees.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Human Resources Officer at multinational firms or in the international hospitality industry preferred.

• Well organized, multitask, detail oriented and problem-solving.

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Exchange, Outlook and Human Resources Cadena System.
