About the Company:
JML Vina Industrial Company Limited is the newly established project company of JML Apparel based in Vancouver, Canada. Its factory in Nam Dinh is expected to be in early trial production by mid-2023.
What you will be doing:
For the initial [six] months, the Human Resources Officer will assist the CEO and senior management in all areas of setting up the Nam Dinh factory operation:
• Assist the CEO in the recruitment and HR management of local staff
• Act as the key contact person for the CEO with local authorities and business partners
• Provide administrative support to the CEO by scheduling meetings, attending the meetings, taking notes
• Provide communications assistance to the CEO and senior management by interpretating at the meetings and functions
• Compose and translate English and Vietnamese correspondence
• Support the Project Manager in the renovation of the factory by providing a bridge between the Company and the local contractor

Qualifications and Skills
• Colleague graduates in any discipline
• 2- 3 years of experience in an administrative role
• Self-motivated, well organized, flexible and can work under pressure
• Good communications skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Experience with MS Office suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese and/or Mandarin (oral and written)
