- The HR administrator will handle all employee queries with confidence and responsibilities. This role may include but is not limited to, drawing up HR documents, corresponding with recruitment activities, organizing training sessions and events, updating company policies and ensuring they comply with labor laws.
- To be a HR administrator, you should have sound knowledge of labor laws and be willing to regularly revise them. You must be able to deal with a variety of personalities and keep calm in tense situations. HR administrator should be approachable, fair, and have good multitasking abilities.
Responsibilities and tasks:
- Processing internal arrangements such as preparation for onboarding employees, travel, training sessions, and team-building events.
- Maintaining internal records, which may include preparing, issuing and filing company documentation (e.g. sick leave, maternity leave, etc.).
- Communicating with recruiters and other external parties.
- Updating company policies and ensuring legal compliance.
- Acting as the first point of contact for all personnel queries.
- Setting up interviews and corresponding with prospective employees in a timely manner
- Assist with monthly payroll and other C&B support related to Employees in: Registering Health insurance, social insurance, new PIT, deduction PIT;
-Follow up additional health insurance processes;
- Produce reports as required;
- Admin tasks and support BOD
- Other HR projects, tasks that assigned by HRM or BOD
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Experience in hotels/resorts or hospitality for 3+ years with same positions
- Deep practical understanding of customer market
- Adaptable (as in - can come up with new solutions and ideas if needed, not just go by the book)
- Pedantic, precise and in a way, strict.
- Good at people management, team player
- Good at English
