HVAC Technician Kỹ Sư Điều Hòa Thông Gió (HVAC)

POSITION PURPOSE (MỤC ĐÍCH CÔNG VIỆC)
Perform skilled mechanical maintenance duties in the inspection, repair, installation and alteration of District heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems and related equipment and facilities; perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of equipment.
Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ bảo trì cơ khí lành nghề trong việc kiểm tra, sửa chữa, lắp đặt và thay đổi các hệ thống sưởi, thông gió, điều hòa không khí và làm lạnh và các thiết bị và công trình liên quan; thực hiện bảo trì phòng ngừa và bảo dưỡng thiết bị định kỳ.

BASIC FUNCTION & ACCOUNTABILITIES (CHỨC NĂNG VÀ NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH)
1. Inspect, repair, modify and install HVAC equipment including refrigeration and air conditioning compressors, receivers, condensers, chillers.;
Kiểm tra, sửa chữa, sửa đổi và lắp đặt thiết bị HVAC bao gồm máy nén lạnh và điều hòa không khí, máy thu, bình ngưng, thiết bị làm lạnh

2. Maintenance and repair of air conditioners and chiller in factories and offices;
Bảo trì bảo dưỡng, sửa chữa máy lạnh và thiết bị làm lạnh ở xưởng sản xuất và văn phòng

3. Periodically monitor the maintenance and maintenance plan for air conditioners and chiller in factories and offices;
Theo dõi định kỳ kế hoạch bảo trì, bảo dưỡng máy lạnh, thiết bị làm lạnh trong xưởng sản xuất và văn phòng;

4. Maintain stable operability of machinery, manufacturing equipment in factories.;
Duy trì khả năng hoạt động ổn định của máy móc, thiết bị sản xuất có trong nhà máy;

5. Participate in system installation, replacing equipment, air-conditioning spare parts, and chiller in the factory;
Tham gia lắp đặt hệ thống, thay thế thiết bị, phụ tùng máy lạnh, chiller trong nhà máy;

6. Clean the ventilation passage and air filter;
Làm sạch đường thông gió và bộ lọc không khí;

7. Clean to remove dust & salty moisture accumulated in the condensing units and heat exchangers;
Làm sạch để loại bỏ bụi và hơi ẩm mặn tích tụ trong các bộ ngưng tụ và bộ trao đổi nhiệt;

8. Inspect and repair/replace faulty electrical components i.e. motors, sensors, tubing, compressor;
Kiểm tra và sửa chữa / thay thế các bộ phận điện bị lỗi như động cơ, cảm biến, đường ống, máy nén;

9. Inspect and fix any leakage, refill coolant;
Kiểm tra và khắc phục mọi sự cố rò rỉ, đổ đầy chất làm mát,

10. Recondition radiators, replace or re-paint if needed;
Phục hồi bộ tản nhiệt, thay thế hoặc sơn lại nếu cần;
