[Hybirid] Supply Chain Center of Excellence (COE) Analyst Senior Staff - Sales and Operations Planning

Position: Supply Chain Center of Excellence (COE) Analyst Senior Staff

Role Objective:

Support improvement of the service level and working capital & cost efficiency for the entire LIXIL through analytics and shared services 

Key Responsibilities  

Shared service (primary task)

- Mainly provide services of repetitive jobs weekly/monthly for Americas and Europe regional SCM team; meet what the requestor sides expect (or implement what they handover to COE team), moreover document the SOP and explore area to improve the working procedure and explore to link to the analytics and action proposals

- Outstanding task candidates of shared service below as example

o Part of supply & distribution planning task for Americas (could be added in future)

o Minimum order qty checking for Europe: Screening of existing orders and consolidation to bigger lot sizes,  including a regular update of the MOQs in all RDCs.

o Order entry and follow up for Component sales for Europe: Manual order entry in system and its follow up for components that we are selling to our our suppliers

o Inventory Screening and suggestions for reallocation for Europe: Check local inventories and their usage and suggest reallocation whenever excess stocks can be 

used somewhere else

o Weekly Backlog order reporting creation and visualization for key GROHE brand products

Data analytics (secondary task)

- Work with the COE leader and internal/external digital team on Global SCM Data visibility PJ to visualize SCM performance of each region by developing new report and dashboard

- After gradually having dashboard for SCM metrics via SCM Data visibility PJ, start to execute regular S&OP reporting with data-driven analysis & insight and provide information & proposal to each region S&OP colleagues

- Work together with colleagues from S&OP (+ purchasing, logistics, warehouse, order management, IT, etc) from America, Europe, IMEA, GC, and APAC regions for data 

collection, utilization and improvement

-  Periodically download data from all sources that each region S&OP team uses and upload/share for further data processing and analysis. In case external reporting or data 

warehousing tool gets error, directly download data from SAP for troubleshooting

- Get trained and become expert of Agile Scrum methodology and support to share knowledges and encourage usage of Scrum approach among LI SCM team

Work Conditions:

- This position is based in Hanoi, Vietnam 

- Working time flexibility (to work with Europe/America/IMEA, not everyday, but case by 

case)

   o Morning: Some days may require to start work around 6~7am (approx. 1~2 times per month) 

  o Evening: Some days may require to end work around 9~10pm (approx. 1 times per week)

  o At beginning, frequency can be more than above mentioned for initial hand overing of tasks 

- Working location (office / home): Approximately 2~3 days/week will be work from home. 

On the day having tasks early morning or late evening will be work from home

- Bachelor’s degree of SCM major is preferred. Practical knowledges and 5+ years experiences in S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) especially supply & inventory planning experience

- Experience of global/cross-country S&OP jobs

- User experience of SAP (mandatory) and basic skill & understanding of the key functionalities in SCM area, particularly on supply & inventory planning

- User experience of external BI (e.g. Tableau) and planning tools (Preferred, but not mandatory)

- Open minded and strong interpersonal communication ability with multi-national colleagues, especially experience of working with stakeholders from Western countries is

preferred

- Strong analytical skills. Advanced skills of reporting & analysis, good with numbers. Good at tools functionalities in spreadsheet and presentation slides (Preferred experience for google sheet and slides). 

- Ability to prioritize and on time deliver initiatives

- Logical thinking and ability to work under high pressure

- Fluent in English (can communicate with Western colleagues in verbal smoothly)
