We are looking for a System Engineer, about the description of this position:
- Hearing and analyzing requirements, implementing and maintaining enterprise business systems, and logistics systems...
- Install, train, and assist customers with an implementation project test
- Work together with the customer's main user to resolve any challenges with the implementation project
- Reviewing systems and giving suggestions for system upgrade and improvement
- Collaborating closely with the Japanese team as an analyst, designer, and department manager to meet the needs of the client
- Offering customized and system maintenance services
- Troubleshooting and problem analysis in system maintenance support following Live Run
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make sure that the installation, training, and support tasks for implementation are of high quality
- Delivery on schedule, task assignment, and pleased customers
- Ensure that all test cases, diagnostic tools, and technical data are appropriate
- Determine the Project Leader for new difficulties using the user's explanation, the breadth of the mistake problems, and their recommendations
- To improve our reputation, keep our internal relationships and relationships with customers productive and harmonious
- Maintain contact with customers

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent fields
- N2 JLPT or equivalent
- Ability to reason and actively change one's thinking to action
- English communication ability (intermediate level)
- Strong .Net programming skills is a plus
- Familiar with: SQL Server 2008 above, Oracle 11g above; C#, VB, SQL, .Net framework
- At least 3 - 5 years’ experience in implementing system for enterprise business solution is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Self-awareness and confidence
- Teamwork, sense of responsibility and deadline commitment
- N2 JLPT or equivalent
- Ability to reason and actively change one's thinking to action
- English communication ability (intermediate level)
- Strong .Net programming skills is a plus
