We are looking for an Embedded Software Project/Delivery Manager who would be in charge of leading and driving the Software development project for adaptation to business and/or technology changes. Especially, you will:
- Establish and oversee the project core team, and delegate accountability for the various functional areas
- Lead the project's efforts and initiatives to address problems
- Create program schedules and activity reports to encourage the timely completion of important tasks
- Responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing operations for the creation, application, and upkeep of engineering modifications using the change management process in order to guarantee that customer milestones are reached. Keep the group on task to complete project deliverables
- Coordinates internal project deliverables using internal technologies and provides status reports
- Review requirements, drawings, specifications, etc. to create an impact analysis against the project's initial premises and to coordinate modification points with the relevant stakeholders
- Manage and share customer program data internally for forecasting and planning purposes
- Escalates issues for resolution as required

Mandatory skill:
- Bachelor's degree in business or engineering
- 2+ years of previous Project Management experience
- 6+ years’ experience in Embedded Software development
- Embedded SW Development & Co-ordination
- Efficiency in English
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Strong writing and documentation skills
- Experienced in Software Development life cycle/process
Desirable skill:
- PMQ/PMP preferred
- English language proficiency essential both orally and in writing. Knowledge of German, Japanese, or both is advantageous
- Individual must have ability to make independent decisions that may be of a complex nature
- Ability to formulate a goal, strategy, and plan to help the department and project fulfill its mission. This would entail identifying the organization's and each team member's strengths and weaknesses as well as the difficulties associated with each project, setting priorities and a strategy to achieve the mission's specific objectives, and inspiring, assisting, developing, and leading the team to carry out the necessary plans to accomplish the mission
- A capacity for producing and delivering presentations that are both clear and concise
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Outlook expertise and moderate to advanced computer skills are required
- Possess the interpersonal skills necessary for conducting business in a professional manner with both employees and customers
- Strong in C/C++ language Programming
- Scripting languages (python, Perl, vb …)
- Exposure to microprocessors or controllers
- Having practical development and troubleshooting experience with embedded targets
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with software configuration management tools, defect tracking tools, and peer review
- Bachelor's degree in business or engineering
