Our product is aim to developing embedded systems and software, merchandical design and simulation. You will assist with us on:
- Knowledge of EWM Process Flows
- Familiar with functions of EWM (WO, WT, Warehouse strategies, POSC, HU, wave management, RF, VAS, resource management, warehouse monitor, Alerts)
- Additional expertise in fields linked to Shipping Cockpit, DAS, EGF, and MFS would be advantageous
- Collaborate well with project teams and customer business teams; Hold requirement-gathering workshops, translate them into SAP EWM processes, and identify gaps and their fixes
- Be able to comprehend the procedures used for the Go-live and support phases, unit testing, function testing, and custom development
- participate in the SAP EWM rollout testing project and give the plans production support which went go live
- Clearly and concisely communicate complicated and difficult ideas both vocally and in writing
- Work efficiently and independently on projects as assigned, and train users
- Create and preserve a productive and cooperative working environment
Other:
- Facilitate gathering of business requirements through workshops. To meet client needs, identify gaps, problems, and work arounds
- Deliver appropriate system solutions after performing a thorough examination of complicated business requirements
- Determine, comprehend, confirm, and record customer requirements
- When implementing SAP EWM, work on effort estimation and an approximate cost and timetable
- Actively pursue Fit Gap Analysis, offer an appropriate SAP methodology, and suggest any system improvements required for the needs of the organization
- Actively engage the team in discussions on both the technical and functional roles

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 10–12 years of SAP implementation project experience
- Excellent English and Japanese communication
- Experience working with international teams (Japanese customers/stakeholders, an implementation team dispersed across Asia countries) and a wealth of industry knowledge (Process and Manufacturing)
- Leadership, flexibility, and problem-solving
- Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to convey complex issues and ideas
- Management abilities and soft skills (Presentation, Planning, scheduling and monitoring, Team handling)
