Our client is currently hiring a Senior Android Engineer to join their international product teams (US, EU, Taiwan, Vietnam) for creating a new Wearable Device that is expected to become a fashionable product in the market.
Description
* Develop and integrate new features for applications that will enhance user experience for consumer electronics products.
* Create and establish app coding structures that facilitate future feature expansion while ensuring maintainability.
* Collaborate with teams across various functions to conceptualize, design, and deliver new features.
* Conduct comprehensive unit testing of code to ensure resilience, usability, and reliability, including edge cases.
* Focus on fixing bugs and improving app performance to ensure smooth functioning.
* Work closely with product designers to implement a top-class visual and animated experience.
* Keep abreast of new technologies and implement them to enhance development efficiency continuously.
Profile
* BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
* Industry experience of 5 years or more is necessary in developing Android mobile apps that have been published on the Play Store.
* The developed applications must have emphasized animation, UI, design, and usability.
* Implementation experience and working knowledge of the Model-View-Presenter design pattern is essential.
* Candidates with previous experience in handling bluetooth devices are preferred.
