[Hybrid] Senior Project Manager Photo Editing Services (Ưu Tiên Ở 3 Khu Vực Đà Nẵng, Đà Lạt, Hồ Chí Minh)

Project & Client Management

• Manage end-to-end photo editing projects, from client onboarding to final delivery.

• Understand and interpret each client’s visual style and ensure internal teams deliver consistent, on-brand results.

• Collaborate directly with clients to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

• Track project progress, anticipate challenges, and ensure timely delivery within budget.

Team Coordination & Operations

• Work closely with internal editing, QA, and production teams to align project goals and execution.

• Communicate project requirements clearly and ensure alignment across departments.

• Manage daily operations, task allocation, and workflow efficiency.

• Support team development through guidance, feedback, and mentoring.

Quality Assurance & Process Development

• Build and maintain a Quality Assurance (QA) system and KPI system to monitor and improve editing accuracy and visual consistency.

• Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production workflows.

• Conduct quality checks and provide structured feedback to production teams.

• Continuously assess and optimize workflows, productivity, and delivery quality.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to enhance productivity through process innovation or new tools.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adopt automation and workflow management solutions.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Creative Media, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project or production management, ideally within photo editing, post-production, or similar services.

• Strong knowledge of photo editing workflows and tools (Photoshop, Lightroom)

• Experience managing distributed or cross-functional creative teams.

• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) to effectively communicate with international clients and teams.

• Proven ability to build and manage quality control systems.
