Hygienist Technician

• Manage the Hygiene Conditions of Factory (Production, Warehouse, Office, Workshop surrounding environment)

o Weekly, monthly and annually report about Hygiene condition of the whole factory and warehouse area

o Manage the Hygiene condition of the whole factory: Workshop area, Filling area, Packing area, Warehouse area, technical warehouse area, Waste water treatment area, refuse tip area and other areas in the factory. Supervise and control the GHP compliance

• Supervise and manage all regulation of Good Manufacturing Practice in Nestle Factory (NGMP), follow up all possible problems which could cause harms to Food safety and Hygiene (Workshop condition, low hygiene,…) and find out solutions for them

• Execute pest treatment and report to Hygienist

• Execute training for contractors, seasonal workers, new employees about basic GMP, GHP in production line

• Execute periodical training about GMP & GHP for all departments

• Get environment sample to control and prevent all infection sources which could affect the products to evaluate the cleaning ‘s efficiency (CIP & COP,…)

• Get hand sample to control personal hygiene of employees working in production area

• Get samples to control hygiene of canteen, drinking water

• Follow all machine maintenance and factory building activities to ensure eliminating all infection risks which could affect to products when starting production again

• Responsible for executing NCE of Department

• Control document system and follow up the application of document control in the factory, report to Factory DCC

• Other tasks assigned by supervisor

- University Degree with major Food Safety/ Food Technology or relevant

- Basic knowledge in Hygiene

- English fair level (Reading & writing)

- 1 years of experience at the same position in manufacturing companies

- Computer knowledge: MS. Word, MS. Excel, MS. Power Point, etc.…
