IE Costing (Apparel)

Our Client is the FDI Company in North of Viet Nam and looking for some high Candidates who take responsibility for IE costing (Apparel) as below. Job Description: • To enable precise machine/manpower allocation to achieve optimal output, critically analyze samples, generate operations breakdowns, analyze motions, assign Standard Minute Values (SMVs) for operations using the GSD system, and create machine layouts. • Create a precise costing sheet to attain competitive pricing and provide the customer with a range of costing options to lower the price while introducing innovation into the product. • Assist with the pilot program for new styles, create machine layouts, feeding schedules, and Standard Work Sheets (STW), attend change-over meetings, and notify the teams as necessary. • Give consumption information so that cloth can be ordered in the beginning. • To increase operating efficiencies, analyze and track all product developments based on the most effective manufacturing technique. • Examine the following reports, then discuss them with management and pertinent staff to make an informed decision: Daily Production Start Date (PSD) report, Hourly Production File, Daily Efficiency Report, Machine Requirement Reports. • Fulfill any additional responsibilities that are appropriate for the position as specified by management.

• Good English skills (4 skills). • Strong ability in computer skills (Microsoft Office). • Garment & textile/ manufacturing background is an advantage. • Understanding about 6 sigma. • Basic knowledge about Lean tools (8-step, 5 why, A3 thinking, etc.) is an advantage.
