IE Staff

We are looking for a skilled IE to streamline our garment manufacturing processes. The candidate should have a robust background in production optimization, efficiency improvement, and workflow analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and improve garment manufacturing workflows for enhanced efficiency.

• Implement productivity improvement initiatives.

• Conduct time and motion studies to identify areas for process improvements.

• Collaborate with production and technical teams to implement engineering solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.

• Able to give necessary time/CM cost

• At least 5 years of experience in garment or textile manufacturing.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques.

• Good communication and leadership skills

• A person who knows how to prioritize tasks well, shows persistence and passion to resolve unfinished work before the day ends.

• A positive person who listens well to others, adapts flexibly to changing systems, and always maintains a learning positive mindset.

* Working time: 8AM - 17PM (Monday - Friday) & every other Saturday
