Mô Tả Công Việc
• Responsible for launching new CD IELTS labs and maintaining stable and standard operations of the lab rooms
• Liaise with CD IELTS Team Leaders and Test Centre Managers for Computer-delivered IELTS capacity planning and management based on market demand
• End-to-end Computer-delivered IELTS process control, workflow improvement and quality assurance
• Handle emergencies on the test day to ensure service continuity and work with Test Centre Managers and Team Leaders on service recovery when needed
• Technical management of CD IELTS labs across the country; Act as key contact point with stakeholders for technical issues and troubleshooting
• Work with IELTS Operations Manager, Test Centre Managers and CD IELTS Team Leaders to ensure smooth business transformation on the local level
• Support CD IELTS team in different aspects of test delivery.
• Train and coach CD IELTS team members to improve staff’s skills in handling technical issues
• Issues/processes are documented to facilitate best practice sharing and learnings.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Have knowledge or background in IT support/helpdesk is a plus
• Competent communication skills (in both Vietnamese and English – IELTS 6.0 or above)
• Ability to learn new systems fast
• Integrity – being honest, confidential and ethical.
• Proficiency in using M.S Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Attention to detail – being careful about details and thorough in completing tasks.
• Dependability – being reliable, responsible, multi-task, and handle tasks under high pressure.
