Job Description
1. Project Management
• Closely work with the Regional team and local work stream leads to ensure that all deliverables to Regional team are timely produced with high level of quality standard
• Assist with and maintain project artifacts including charter, detailed plan, resource plan and contingency plan while complying with applicable standard processes and policies
• Assist with and tracks project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan to meet overall program objectives
• Ensures project issues and risks are identified, quantified, managed and tracked. Ensures risks, assumptions and constraints are appropriately communicated and escalated when necessary
• Rigorously manages scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed on time, cost, and quality parameters
• Inquisitive nature to clearly understand the expected outcomes, deliverables and benefits of the project to assist in the early identification of issues and to recommend appropriate modification to scope, as needed
• Participates in regular core team project management meetings to review project status and progress
• Ensure project support tasks are carried out efficiently. Organize key project meetings and provide secretariat support.
• Provides project change management support and ensures Communication and Training plan and tools are in place so that vision and objectives of the project/transformation are understood and driven properly throughout Prudential
2. Resources Management
• Assist with and Work together with relevant stakeholders to ensure staffing is sufficient and competent for the project
• Ensure the administrative aspects of onboarding, property management an IT assets for all resources working under the project
• Assist with and maintain procedures to keep track of resource costs for each workstream within the project.
Job Requirements
• At least 2 year of experience in Project Management / Support
• Excellent English skills (Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Competent in English communication and presentation skills especially on technical topics
• Knowledge of insurance regulatory standards (IFRS 17, Solvency II, etc.) is an advantage
