IGCSE Science and Chemistry Teacher (Open for Vietnamese)

- Plan, organize, and provide instruction in Chemistry and Coordinated Science teacher that are aligned with Cambridge IGCSE curriculum and school standards to meet the varied learning styles, abilities, and needs of students. This includes close collaboration with advisors and MOET teachers to facilitate an integrated program. - Develop and deliver lesson plans that utilize a broad range of appropriate teaching techniques and strategies and that align with program learning objectives. - Address all aspects of communication through appropriate instruction that develops each student’s knowledge and abilities in appropriate grade levels and subjects. - Administer academic assessments, including mock exams, for the purpose of evaluating student progress for meeting academic learning targets and progress in knowledge acquisition. Monitor results and take appropriate remedial actions when needed. - Establish and maintain standards of student behavior required to run an orderly and productive classroom environment. - Oversee assigned out-of-classroom activities during the school day, as needed. - Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Managing Director. - Provide regular and meaningful feedback to students, families and the leadership team on student progress. - Communicates and presents information sessions to prospective students within the EMASI community as well as potential new students and families related to the IGCSE Chemistry and Coordinated Science curriculum. - Where possible supports the Managing Director and MOET faculty to promote and review interdisciplinary academic content, projects and assessments.

- Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry. - Teaching qualification holder is preferred. - Comfortable teaching Physics and Biology topics at IGCSE level. - At least 3 years of relevant teaching experience. - Must possess excellent interpersonal communication and expression skills. - Bilingual in Vietnamese and English
