Production Engineers (02 vacants)
Role and Responsibilities/ Nhiệm vụ và Trách nhiệm
The production engineer plays an important role in the IDV production’s line setup, testing, and improving production lines at our factory in Vietnam. He/She shall manage, and assure the workers are well trained, the equipment materials are sufficiently provided, the production plan is followed, and coordinate with the utility/engineering team, and experts, for the safety, productivity, and quality of the IDV’s production.
Kỹ sư sản xuất đóng vai trò quan trọng trong việc thiết lập sản xuất, thử nghiệm và cải tiến quy trình sản xuất tại nhà máy. Anh/Chị sẽ quản lý và đảm bảo người lao động được đào tạo tốt, vật tư thiết bị được cung cấp đầy đủ, kế hoạch sản xuất được tuân thủ, phối hợp với các bộ phận và các Quản lý để đảm bảo an toàn, năng suất và chất lượng.
He/She reports to the Engineer leader or/and foreigner manager production manager (expatriates).

1. Manages the material for the production processes including pretreatment and main process/ Quản lý nguyên liệu cho quá trình sản xuất bao gồm tiền xử lý và quá trình sản xuất thành phẩm.
2. Supervising the manpower of production lines, and processes, ensuring productivity, and quality of work is done in a safe, efficient manner/ Giám sát nhân lực của dây chuyền và quy trình sản xuất, đảm bảo năng suất và chất lượng công việc được thực hiện một cách an toàn, hiệu quả
3. Liaises with warehouse, engineering/utility team to ensure production plan, schedules, and targets/ KPIs./ Phối hợp với các bộ phận (Kho, Kỹ thuật, Cơ điện…) để đảm bảo kế hoạch sản xuất, lịch trình và chỉ tiêu KPI.
4. Schedules and conducts test plans for new products; diagnoses problems in the production lines, and working shifts; provides recommendations, and trains operators through effective on-the-job training programs./Lên lịch và tiến hành kế hoạch thử nghiệm cho các sản phẩm mới; chẩn đoán sự cố trong dây chuyền sản xuất và ca làm việc; đưa ra các khuyến nghị và đào tạo công nhân hiệu quả.
5. Set up SOPs, maintenance plans, relevant production processes, and procedures; ensure production data and reports are performed properly on MES/ERP system./ Thiết lập các quy trình, kế hoạch bảo trì, quy trình sản xuất và thủ tục liên quan; đảm bảo dữ liệu sản xuất và báo cáo được thực hiện đúng trên hệ thống MES/ERP.
6. Carry out production reports as required & perform other tasks assigned by the Production Manager./ Thực hiện các báo cáo sản xuất theo yêu cầu & thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Quản lý.
7. Have experience in CAD, 3D design. / Có kinh nghiệm CAD, 3D.

Anh/Chị sẽ quản lý và đảm bảo người lao động được đào tạo tốt, vật tư thiết bị được cung cấp đầy đủ, kế hoạch sản xuất được tuân thủ, phối hợp với các bộ phận và các Quản lý để đảm bảo an toàn, năng suất và chất lượng.

Qualifications and Education Requirements/ Yêu cầu bằng cấp, kinh nghiệm
1. Bachelor’s engineering degree (University/College) in a recognized professional training, preferably Mechanical Engineering or Material sciences./ Bằng kỹ sư (Đại học/Cao đẳng), ưu tiên là Kỹ sư cơ khí hoặc Khoa học vật liệu.
2. 3~ 5 years of relevant experience in the production, and industrial products sector./ 3 ~ 5 năm kinh nghiệm tương đương trong lĩnh vực sản xuất và các sản phẩm công nghiệp.
3. Prior experience in managing, and training operators is an advantage./ Có kinh nghiệm quản lý và đào tạo công nhân là một lợi thế.
4. You should be trained or familiar with metal processing, ceramic power materials, and 6-sigma quality management are the advantage./ Được đào tạo hoặc hiểu biết về gia công kim loại, vật liệu điện bằng gốm, quản lý chất lượng 6-sigma là lợi thế.
Preferred skills and attitude/ Kỹ năng và thái độ
1. Quality control, worker management, 5S, communication, work planning and scheduling, and reporting skills./ Kiểm soát chất lượng, quản lý công nhân, 5S, giao tiếp, lập kế hoạch và lịch trình làm việc, và báo cáo.
