Mô Tả Công Việc
• Develop and manage the Body launch plan
• Represent the Body area in all launch activities and at each gateway review.
• Communicate all concerns to the launch team for coordination and resolution.
• Establish critical characteristics and apply design for manufacturing / assembly principles
• Coordinate tooling and facility changes and equipment installations
• Develop and implement the Body area control plans
• Develop a Body area training plan
• Review all Body area product changes, understanding the differences relative to the current product and their impact to the Body area facilities, tooling and processes
• Review recommended process changes with the staff engineers
• Work with the launch team to ensure that all representative tooling is in place and ready to support the pre-production builds
• Assist the production personnel during the pre-production builds
• Identify, track and resolve tooling, process and design concerns encountered during the builds
• Develop repair standards
• Serve as the main interface between the launch team and the maintenance supervisors
• Maintain training and versatility charts for all maintenance employees
• Oversee the development of the Cycle Line Layout drawing

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• University degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 2 years technical work experience and troubleshooting in a Manufacturing / Experience in manufacturing engineering
• Fundamental working knowledge of Team center (3D drawing) and controls
• Ability to work any shift as well as rotating shifts and weekends
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Capable of assigning work to unionized hourly workforce and holding employees accountable for following processes pertaining to daily work assignments in terms safety, quality, and throughput
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills
• Demonstrated experience in accomplishing tasks and objectives.
• Previous Production supervision.
• Continuous Learning & Improvement
• Process and Results Driven
• Able to coach others
• Mechanical aptitude
