Import And Export Document Officer

1. Export: Comply with contracts to make full set of shipping documents & follow up the payment to release the shipment to customers in a timely manner.

2. Import: Instruct suppliers to prepare documents and track shipment status

3. Prepare documents to apply the certificate of origin (COO)

4. Timely prepare documents & sample to register the Phytosanitary certificate at The Plan protection department for import / export shipments.

5. Prepare documents to apply Health certificate at Ministry of Health / Fumigation certificate at third party

6. Timely declare the COI/NOPIC on EU/US websites for organic shipments

7. Track import and export plans to buy marine insurance for the goods

8. Prepare specialized inspection documents and papers for samples to send samples to foreign customers & do customs clearance to receive the import samples

9. Track monthly domestic plans and pay domestic transportation costs to suppliers

10. Track monthly export/import list to pay the ocean freight to shipping lines/forwarder on time

11. Implement tasks on SAP to enter import and export costs, track import and export plans, send samples, make shipping documents …

1. Graduated from a university with a major in Economics

2. Good command of English in writing, speaking, and listening

3. At least 01 year of experience in import–export or freight forwarding

4. Knowledge of Incoterms, UCP 600, international payment methods, customs procedures, and rules of origin

5. Temporary position (6 months) to cover maternity leave, possibility to extend the contract
