Mô tả công việc

1. Execute & complete following assigned routine and basic tasks relating to import export service in compliance with current relevant procedures/ SOPs/Guidelines/regulation/laws within required timeframes and produce results as expected via obtaining the cooperation of others in the team:

• Survey, negotiate & get approval for freight, customs service charge, transportation service charge, insurance premium rate,…

• Record/collect information for service provider selection & performance evaluation.

• Make contracts with service providers.

• Receive & keep tracking Purchase Orders (PO) and Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) to arrange export shipment with relating sides (internal, external) accordingly (shipping document, C/O, booking, insurance, open customs declaration sheet on VNACCs,…) as required schedule & current Vietnam customs regulation/laws.

• Receive & keep tracking Arrival notice, Shipping document then coordinate with relating sides (internal, external) to proceed quality government checking (if any), open import customs declaration sheet on VNACCs,…to finish customs clearance in compliance with current customs regulation/ laws for import shipments with reasonable cost/charge.

• Coordinate with service providers to arrange transportation from port to warehouse/ from warehouse to port as scheduled.

• Do application for payment (tax, foreign supplier, service provider, …) as scheduled.

• Coordinate with relating sides (customs service providers, transportation service providers, insurance agent, dept/sections,…) to solve issues arising during operation if any.

• Make report to superiors.

REQUIREMENT

• Required University of Economics, Foreign Trade, National Universities - HCMC.

• Majoring in import tax, import-export goods.

• Integrity, able to work individually and in a team under pressure.

• Be open-minded; disciplined.

WORKING TIME:

Monday to Friday: 7:30 A.M to 4:00 P.M

WORKING PLACE:

Ajinomoto Viet Nam (Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Zone, An Binh Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province)
