Import and Export Logistics Specialist

1. Supplier Sourcing & Logistics Planning

• Select and evaluate qualified suppliers.

• Independently handle supplier communication and negotiation.

• Help build and optimize effective logistics models.

2. Operations Management

• Supervise the operations team and ensure weekly performance reports are delivered.

• Ensure all import/export procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.

• Update operational data daily into the company system.

3. Logistics & Customs Handling

• Coordinate all warehousing, local and international transportation, customs clearance.

• Control logistics risk and reduce overseas transportation costs.

4. Shipment & Documentation

• Manage documentation from booking to file closing:

o Check and update shipment schedules with carriers and co-loaders.

o Book shipments as requested by sales/clients.

o Prepare all necessary documents (billing, AMS/ACI/AFR filing, pre-alerts, payments, etc.).

o Open customs declarations and follow up on cargo schedules.

5. Internal Coordination

• Work closely with related departments (Sales, Import/Export, Invoicing, Logistics) to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.

• Report directly to the Operations Manager.

6. Other Duties

• Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors (BOD).

o 检查并更新承运人和协运方的运输计划。

o 根据销售或客户要求完成订舱。

o 准备所有必要文件（账单、AMS/ACI/AFR申报、预报、付款等）。

o 报关并跟进货物运输进度。

5. 内部协调

• 与相关部门（销售、进出口、开票、物流）紧密配合，确保流程顺畅。

• 向运营经理汇报工作。

6. 其他职责

• 完成董事会分配的其他工作任务。

1. Experience:

o Minimum 4 years in logistics, international freight (air/sea), and domestic delivery.

2. Education:

o Bachelor's degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, Maritime, or related fields.

3. Language & Tools:

o Fluent in English (spoken and written).

o Chinese (Mandarin) proficiency is a strong advantage.

o Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

4. Skills & Attributes:

o Strong communication and negotiation skills.

o High sense of responsibility, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.

o Able to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and in a team.
