*Customer Service & operation:
• Requirement of cargo handling in International and Domestic transportation
• Handle daily correspondence via email or phone-call from internal & external customers
• Daily management of the site operation for container & lorry transportation through outsourced contractors
• Coordinate with outsourced contractors to monitor the timeliness and accuracy of shipments and deliveries for domestic transportation
• Handle customer’s Inquiry within our own ability & solve problem if any.
• Handle the other tasks assigned by Team Leader
• Improve bottom line results by collecting customer feedback for management review and/or suggesting ways to enhance work efficiency
1. Bachelor Degree holder major in either Economics or Foreign Trade and other related fields.
2. Good command of written / spoken English
3. Chinese will be an advantage
4. Proficiency in computer literate, such as Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
5. Good communication skill, customer focused, achievement driven, teamwork and able to work under pressure.
6. Recently minimum 1-year experience in shipping, domestic logistics or the related field is a priority.
7. Excellent internal customer and external customer communications and relationship building skills
