Import/ Export Document Staff

• Manage & process documents for import and export shipments such as B / L issuance (AWB), Arrival Notice, Delivery Order, AMS / ISF / ACI / AFR / ENS / MNF file data transfer, Debit note, Certificate of insurance.

• Customs declaration on VNACCS / VCIS software for shipments of EXW, DDU, DDP conditions ...

• Working with stakeholders such as shipping lines, airlines, ports, warehouses... to track the situation of goods, costs and other issues related to goods.

• Support customer update / send shipment information, advice on handling problems with the shipment.

• Track & request payment to the parties involved in the shipment.

• Collaborate with other departments to handle a company's multi-service shipment.

• Other jobs assigned by superiors.

• Graduated college, university related schools such as Finance - Marketing, Foreign Trade, HCMC Economics.

• At least 3 years of customs declaration experience on VNACCS / VCIS software in the same position or used to work as IT at Thai Son company.

• Good communication skill.

• Good English skills (especially good listening and speaking skills).

• Good office computer skills.
