Mô Tả Công Việc
- Cargo operation: align with Suppliers to close the loading schedule and create delivery guideline;
- Making plan for loading and arranging in order reasonably and precisely;
- Exporting cargo as per clients' contract/ guideline, ensuring the progress as per signed off contract;
- Working with shipping lines to get the booking;
- Working with Logistic and Insurance Suppliers;
- Customer services: following up and dealing with clients' demands, feedback and arising issues;
- Dealing with clients' complaints related to the shipment (if any);
- And other assignments as per direction of Board of Management and Line Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Male/Female from 25-35;
- University/College graduation (Foreign Trade University or University of Economics are preferred);
- At least 2 years experience in Import-Export;
- Fluent in English;
- Good negotiation and communication;
- Proactive, high pressure adaptation, teamwork;
- Ability to deal with arising issues.
- Presentation skill
