Import-Export Specialist

• Overall waching all import/export activities of the company, will alert to related teams if unexpected issue occurs (Raw Material Planning…etc)

• Follow up customs classification to have appropriate action in case red line to prepare goods for inspection.

• Prepare data to get C/O from authorization.

• Check debit notes from forwarders and request payment.

• Customs report (both regular and irregular)

• Be adviser to support SCM Head Dept to solve all Customs issues.

• Risk analysis and offer/suggest corrective actions to SCM Head Dept to address/mitigate risk.

• Update new customs regulations and advise to the company to be able to comply with.

• Others task that assigns from SCM Head Dept and BOD.

B/ Other:

• Involve in maintaining such activities towards Environmental Management System as keeping 5S, keeping clean environment, complying with the statutory requirements or company regulations on environmental protection etc.

• Being able to appropriately identify the hazards and deal with the OH&S risks associated with their work and workplace.

• Bachelor’s Degree Required, Marjority shall be customs, logistic or interntion business or so on.

EXPERIENCE:

• At least 5 years experience in import/export, Customs related tasks.

• Have experience in Customs post-audit is an advange.

• Familiar with SAP system, customs system, customs process

• Be able to effectively communicate with customs and fowarders relations skills.

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, problem solving skills and judgement and decision making skills.

• Be able to work under pressure with precise speed.

• Be able to work overtime from 30-40 hours/month in peak period ( Quater's End, Year's End)

• Be able to coach junior staffs.
