Import & Export Staff

- Work with supplier, shipping agent, forwarder about documents, shipping and trucking allocation

- Verify HS code/ Description of goods database/ type import-export/ tariff tax and CO application for custom declaration

- Check the custom declaration sheet and prepare the document payment

- Control the Ecus data vs import-export product SAP

- Key the SAP for goods receipt and operation moving on the system

- Do the task for import-export related (machine, sample..)

- Do other tasks according to Manager's requirement.

- Bachelor degree in economics or related fields

- Have good knowledge of customs and import-export activities

- Have experience in SAP system/ ERP system

- Have experience in customs procedure, customs report in manufacturing plant

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Office and purchasing software

- Be careful and hard-working person

- Have good communication and command of English
