- In charge of import and export work: check documents of import and export goods; check declarations, make import and export documents, manage codes, manage documents, monitor the progress of import and export... – Save documents related to import and export.

- Make PO/contract
- Coordinate with departments and consulting companies to make year-end finalization customs declaration
- Other tasks under the direction of board of directors

- Professional knowledge in the field of import and export, understand the processes as well as regulations in import and export of goods, documents, import and export procedures
- Experience working in export processing enterprises
- Good at English communication. A priority if also know Japanese language
- Proficient use of office computer skills, Logistics software (ERP).
- Male/female from 25 to 40 years old (The company does not have shuttle bus)

(Salary will be paid according to experience and actual capacity)
