Import – Export Staff

• Prepare and handle import and export documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Customs Declaration, B/L, etc.

• Process import shipments of materials and export shipments of finished sofas.

• Carry out liquidation/clearance of import–export records in accordance with regulations.

• Prepare and apply for Certificates of Origin (C/O) (EUR.1, or others if required).

• Coordinate with forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and internal departments.

• Track shipment status and ensure on-time customs clearance.

• Support inspections, customs checks, and post-clearance procedures when required.

• Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.

• College or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, or related fields.

• Basic English for reading documents and email communication.

• Experience in import–export documentation is preferred.

• Knowledge of customs procedures and import–export regulations is an advantage.

• Careful, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

• Good communication and coordination skills.
