Import – Export Staff (HCMC)

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare import purchase orders and necessary documents for import clearance.

• Draft export sales contracts and shipping documents.

• Issue daily delivery orders and sales invoices.

• Handle customs declarations and prepare customs statistical reports.

• Coordinate with logistics providers and internal departments on transportation matters.

• Monitor shipping schedules and shipment status for both import and export cargo.

• Send pre-alerts and communicate with overseas partners and other related parties.

• Manage and control all shipping documents (CO, Invoice, Packing List, HAWB, MAWB, Insurance, Pre-alert, etc.).

• Track and trace air shipments; update schedules to involved departments.

• Prepare reports (daily, weekly, handling reports, etc.).

• Assist with customs and trucking procedures.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Sales & Marketing Director or Manager.

Working place: HCM

• University graduate (related fields preferred).

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and customs operations.

• Good communication skills in English; Korean is an advantage.

• Ability to work under pressure, work overtime, and in shifts if required.

• Responsible, proactive, honest, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Candidates with prior experience in similar roles will be strongly preferred.
