Import-Export Staff (Outsourcing)

(1) BROAD SCOPE:
• Import/Export/ Billing/ Warehouse job for external customers
(2) ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Directly contact with customers and contact with other logistics service
providers (LSP) or shipping line for export & import shipments (booking,
customs clearance, trucking, track & trace report, etc). Make tracking report to customers.
• Key in shipment’s information on Cello system and doing other assign job
related to system.
• Make debit note to customers for customs clearance or settlement
• Receive and check quotation, debit notes from other logistics service
providers (LSP)
• Report to managers when requested.
Yêu cầu công việc
(1) EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:
• University graduated.
• Good English speaking and writing
(2) EXPERIENCE:
• At least one year experience in Logistics field (import/export/customs clearance)
(3) SKILLS:
• Computer: Good at Excel, PowerPoint and Words
• Good communication skills: both speaking and writing (email)
