The Import Inside Sales Staff is responsible for taking care of existing clients who import goods from overseas to Vietnam, ensuring efficient transportation modes, and providing detailed solutions. He/she will handle inbound inquiries from KWE origins, reactivate sleeping clients, and contribute to business growth.



• Cultivate relationships with existing inbound clients and identify opportunities to expand business lanes with these clients.

• Respond promptly to inquiries originating from KWE origins.

• Target an existing customer base to reintroduce the company and assess their service requirements.

• Consult clients on the optimal transport means for their goods (Air, Sea, or Road Freight).

• Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-ups and book sales appointments for Field Sales when possible.

• Manage calls and emails related to inbound business, providing service and price information.

• Organize quote requests and internal orders, ensuring timely execution.

• Collaborate with the KWE origin or operations team to research route options and freight requirements for cost-efficient solutions.

• Prepare data and fulfillment quotations, clarify questions, and provide customer service.

• Follow SOP instructions and meet Sales targets.

• Develop new customers by communicating with overseas offices and agents.

• Use the company’s proprietary system for creating customer profiles, quotations, and credit applications (training provided).

• Perform other duties as assigned by team leader/management.

Yêu cầu công việc

► Education and experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field, with a focus on International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or Sales preferred.

• A minimum of 02 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry.

• Knowledge of Freight Forwarding or Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC) Operations.



► Required skills and abilities:

• Proficiency in using MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Proficiency in English. Another language (Japanese, Chinese, Korean, etc.) is a plus.

• Strong negotiation skills and establishing mutually beneficial commitments and expectations.

• Exceptional customer service and sales skills.

• Versatility and willingness to work within a constantly changing industry.

• Ability to work under pressure and multitask in uncertain and complex environments.

• Ability to build trust, respect, and cooperation among the team.

• Excellent written, and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proactive and detail-oriented.



► Working conditions and benefits:

• Working Place: Bluesky Office, 01 Bach Dang, Ward 2, Tan Binh District, HCMC

• Working time: 8:00 – 17:35 Monday - Friday (Close Saturday & Sunday)

• Annual Leave: 12 days/year (after probation time)

• Net salary: Negotiable (13 months a year plus Tet bonus & Annual performance bonus)

• Annual Salary Increase: once per year

• Performance Assessment: twice per year (fixed in April and October)

• Insurance: 24 hours’ Accident Insurance, Social Insurance, Health Care Insurance

• Others: International working environment with many opportunities for learning and development, training courses, company trip, etc.
