Import Operations Staff

• Receive and verify import documents SEA.

• Communicate with customers, shipping lines/coloader, and overseas agents; monitor import shipment status.

• Submit import manifest, send Arrival Notice (AN) to customers, issue Delivery Orders, and prepare all related documents such as issuing invoice/debit/credit notes to customers and overseas agents; proficiently handle import operations on EWMS.

• Monitor monthly payments to trucking companies and other vendors.

• Coordinate with other departments (Customs, Transportation, Field Operation, etc.) to process shipments based on required services for customs clearance and trucking. Communicate and follow up with partners, carriers, and customers; complete all documentation and update shipment progress until completion and customer satisfaction.

• Regularly update customers on the status of ongoing import procedures.

• Handle and resolve all arising issues related to shipments promptly and keep management informed.

• Responsible for preparing reports related to assigned duties for the supervisor/manager.

• Perform tasks assigned by the CS Korean & Team lead.

• Detailed job responsibilities will be discussed during the interview.

• CV must be written in English (interview in English/Vietnamese).

• Experience: 1–2 years or more.

• Mandatory: English proficiency and excellent computer skills.

• Age: 23+.

• Education: College or University degree (majors in Logistics, International Business, Transportation Economics, or related fields).

• Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.

• Honest, proactive, independent, decisive, careful, enthusiastic, dynamic, and responsible at work.

• Willing to work overtime.

• Good communication skills and a cooperative attitude.

• Ability to work both independently and under high pressure.

• Knowledge of Incoterms and strong understanding of import-export procedures.
