Instanta is one of the leading suppliers of instant coffee private label in Europe. We have been running one of our factories in Hai Phong Vietnam. In order to expand our business activities in Vietnam, we are looking for the 02 more employee who will support our business activities with below details.

1. Proceed new orders and import procedures:

• Issue PO for raw materials

• Issue Purchase Order for supplies/equipment/machine and proceed the customs procedures to import those items

• Follow delivery schedule of materials/equipment to meet requested time of production

• Collect and check shipping documents and Cooperate with service company to open the customs

• Arrange delivery with Warehouse and forwarder and inform other parties timely in case of changes

• Complain faulty materials to suppliers and ask for compensation

• Check debit notes and request payment

• Print & keep documents

• Update database

2. Work with suppliers for new projects or updated prices:

• Work with customers/suppliers on artwork, proofs, quotation, samples in new project

• Advise SD team for design, progress

• Search for new potential suppliers and get quotations on monthly basis to have the best prices

• Visit suppliers’ locations if necessary;

3. Send samples to local & oversea suppliers/customers:

4. Make report to Heza monthly

5. Other tasks

• Get permission to use foreign barcodes

• Proceed & check contracts with material suppliers and service companies

• Do other tasks assigned by Manager and Director

• Fluent in English (4 skills)

• Having experience in working in EPE company is preferable

• Priority is given to having worked in packaging, design checking, and product sourcing
