Ims Associate (Contract 9-Month)

Make an impact

- Planning IMS activities as the annual base for whole IMS systems.

- Responsible for the document control process including creation, management, organization, retention, and continually improving the existing procedures, work instructions, forms as well as records of the IMS to comply with legal, customer requirements, and ISO standards.

- Ensure that all non-conformities are properly documented and investigated through monitoring and ensuring effective implementation.

- Liaise with department heads, supervisors, and person-in-charge to ensure the expedient transfer of documents and required information.

- Provide support for the internal and external audit programs including planning, scheduling, organization, execution, and reporting to ensure compliance with Company, legal, customer requirements, and ISO standards.

- Create a training plan which is relevant to legal, ISO requirements and update relevant departments.

- Track performance targets periodically and sending the non-conformities to relevant parties.

- Continuously improvement of IMS.

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Health & Safety or Labor Protection Equipment or Relevant

- Ideally 2+ years of professional experience in a similar role.

- Knowledge of ISO standards, document management systems, and the Vietnam Labor Code is preferred

- English communication and interpersonal skills.
