Are you passionate about travel and eager to share your enthusiasm with others? Asia Travel & Leisure (the holding company of Vietnam Travel, Laos Travel, Cambodia Travel & Myanmar Travel) is on the lookout for dedicated individuals to join us as Travel Consultants at our Head Office in Hanoi and Branch Office in Saigon. If you have a deep understanding of travel destinations and services in Vietnam & Indochina and possess exceptional English communication skills, we want to hear from you!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conduct comprehensive research on various destinations and travel options, considering factors such as pricing, customs, and weather conditions.

- Communicate with clients via in-person meetings, phone calls, or emails to understand their travel preferences and requirements.

- Design customized itineraries to match clients' preferences and budgets.

- Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.

- Provide travelers with relevant information and materials to enhance their travel experience.

- Handle booking modifications and address any complaints or issues promptly.

- Maintain up-to-date contracts with local suppliers and logistics partners.

- Participate in ongoing training sessions with team members and management.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- Fluent in both spoken and written English.

- Extensive knowledge of the travel industry in Vietnam & Indochina.

- Proficiency in essential computer applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Skype.

- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

- Proven track record of assessing client needs and providing suitable solutions.

- Comfortable working in a diverse, multicultural environment.

- Willingness to undertake both domestic and international business trips.

- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Willingness to maintain regular office hours with flexibility as required.

- Reliable, responsible, and honest approach to work.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism or Languages & International Studies preferred.

- Candidates with personal travel experience will be given preference.
