1.JOB SUMMARY
Control quality of product by inspecting, collecting technical information, making work
instruction, checklist for inspection, measurement, assure product meet requirement. Record
inspection results, summary and analyze data
2.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect & get all technical information: DFM, drawing, assembly SOP, customer’s
requirement/specification.
- Participate in creating “Quality control plan” and checklist for each project.
- Inspect material according to quality control plan and record result to checklist, form.
- Summary, analysis & report for inspection & testing results.
- Compose work instruction (WI), guide how to inspect or use measuring equipment.
- Make non-conformance report, propose solution & inform to relative department.
- Record inspection data & all non-conformance (issue) into the tracking file/log
- Manage registration, perform and control calibration, allocation all measurement
tool/equipment.
- Review/update the special requirements in the drawings of materials, assembly kit into
checklist.
- Use measuring equipment: CMM, Microscope, ESD meter, Caliper, Multimeter, and other
inspection tool/equipment.
- Other assignment as assign from QA Leader/Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Education
- Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Mechatronic or Automation
2. Experience
- Over 03 years of work experience at MNC Manufacturing.
- Working experience in related jobs that relate to mechanical inspection, precision measurement tool/equipment.
3.Knowledge & Skills
•Skill
- Good communication, problem solving & teamwork
- Technical drawing reading.
- Data analysis and decision making
- Ability to use MS office, engineering software (auto CAD, Solid work)
- Ability to make reports, presentations.
• Knowledge
- Have knowledge, ability using measurement equipment/tool
- Have knowledge about ISO9001, and quality tools.
• Society capability
- Confident, honest, open mind, good communication, meticulous, careful working, good
cooperation, effective teamwork.
