Industrial Engineer

Report to: Head of Engineering Departmant

Job Purpose Summary

The Industrial Engineer plays a critical role as the communication interface between Engineering and Program Management during the New Product Introduction (NPI) and quoting phases. The position is responsible for analyzing customer technical data and requirements, developing initial production process flow charts, and recommending the necessary machinery, equipment, and resources for new processes to Engineering and Operations leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage RFQ activities

- Support Prototype (NPI) Builds

- Communication Bridge

- Ensure Mass Production Readiness

Knowledge: University of Engineering

Experience: 3 years experience in the electronic manufacturing company

Competencies required for the job

Engineering:

• Strong ability to read and interpret BOMs and Engineering Drawings (Assembly, Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics).

• Proficient in using CAM/CAD tools for engineering drawing review and validation.

• Solid understanding of Industrial Engineering concepts.

• Knowledgeable in SMT, PTH, AI, backend processes, and box-build assembly.

• Good understanding of packaging processes and shipping workflows

Language:

• Proficient in English for communication with global customers and cross-functional teams.Email using skill

Computer Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Strong email communication and documentation skills.

Program/Project Management:

• Experience supporting or managing New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.

• Strong planning, organization, and time-management capabilities.

• Experience in team coordination and task assignment.

Language:

• English writing, reading, listening, and speaking (for communicate with Customer from various countries)

Computer:

• Fluent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Email using skill

Program/Project Management:

• Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI)

• Job planning and time management

• Experience in leading the team and work assignment for team members.
