Engineering responsible for packaging & printing projects: new machines, die set, new printers …as engineering function of the project (technical expert)
• To define/ create process setting parameters for packaging (engineering test, collaboration with R&D, Global process engineering). Responsible to perform DoE for packaging process, issue, and update process specification.
• To confirm material datasheet from process (technical aspects): packaging paper artwork check and confirm for process (tolerant, direction, printing feasibility)
• Continuous improvement for packaging, printing process (cost saving project, improve quality...)
• Local change control handle (materials changes, equipment changes…), Support QM in packaging process validation.
• Engineering responsible for life cycle activities of packaging (coordinate with R&D for risk evaluation, Packing family list,) and capacity planning
• Coordinator, contact point of BBVN for packaging/printing topics (as technical expert): update new technology, SOP, standard/ requirement with packaging/printing

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Graduating from universities with technical background (Mechanical or Automation is preferable)
• At least 2–3-year experience in manufacturing work
• Having knowledge about 6-sigma, TPM, Lean, etc...
• Good command in English
• Having good communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
• Having good statistic and production process analysis skills
