1. Responsibilities
Optimization of production organization and adaptation of machines & equipment:
• Be main actor in “continuous improvement” activities;
• Provide process engineering knowledge in the development of new food products and set up production procedure for these products;
• Evaluate existing equipment and systems; carry out study on reliability and on improvement to increase productivity and reduce waste; Propose improvement projects and build budget for these projects;
• Carry out feasibility study to adapt machine & equipment to new product or market requirements;
• Participate au design and choice of production machine and equipment;
• Be responsible for installation of new production machine, equipment and process: writing of bill of specifications, CAPEX budget, testing, adjustment…;
• Build and regularly update database on production machine and equipment sourcing.
Conduct technical studies on production process:
• Analyze different production steps to ensure their reliability;
• Study and propose technical solutions to reduce industrial and environmental risks;
In charge of projects of production lines automatization: proposal of automatization of production, packaging line; transportation and delivery… at local level; Coordinate with other departments in implementation of projects approved by group or/and local company;
To be the main lead in technical meetings:
• Set up channel of communication intra-production to timely receive feed-back on new process or warning or risk on current process;
• Advise and help Maintenance service and Production operators in reparation of small troubles during production;
• Organize training on machine running, production process… to all related users.
Technology database and technology intelligence:
• Build and regularly update database on technology (machine and equipment document, procedure, report...);
• Regularly carry out benchmark (assess, test, compare) of our machine and process performance against competitors; Report and propose solution to Directors;
• Constantly monitor technology trend, innovation/creation in scope Company business activities;
• Based on new opportunity, propose changes or refurbishment of process, machine and equipment.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
BSc. degree in Food science, manufacturing Engineer or equivalent degree
At least 3-5 years of relevant experiences in FDI company.
3. Competences
Ability to understand a technical design
Deep knowledge in technology and process of manufacturing and waste treatment
Long-term vision, be able to do planning and to build budget
Effective time management, analytical and judgmental
Service oriented, reliable, pro-active, flexible and can work harmoniously with others
Accurate, passionate for excellence and result-driven
Progressive, curious and open-mind
Good English. French is a plus
Skillful with all MS Office software, design software (CAO, AutoCad…) and statics software
Used to work in the fruit producing companies is a plus.

Work location: My Tho factory (Daily shuttle from HCMC to My Tho available)
