Industrial Engineering Executive

• Check and follow up production plan to prepare pre-production plan.

• Work with Industrial Engineering Officer to analyze new style/ repeat style and confirm efficiency ladder plan.

• Make sure accurate Standard Minute Value (SMV), Operation Breakdown to production and design efficient layout.

• Identify skill gap of team member, make the training plan and monitor daily.

• Make sure SMV on AX system and actual operations to ensure no difference in bulk production.

• Verify thread consumption given by costing team and Minimum Order Quantity for production lines.

• Verify sewing methods & General Sewing Data (GSD) of critical sewing operations before starting bulk production at pilot stage.

• Follow up first 3 days and critical operations, review capacity & Yamazumi chart, balance line to meet plan efficiency.

• Improve sewing methods and SMV saving.

• Other tasks as assigned by Manager.

• Associate Degree in Garment Technology, Industrial Management, or related fields.

• Knowledge of Garment Manufacturing Process, General Sewing Data

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in similar capacity
