Primary Responsibilities:
1. Build and Identify opportunities for improving the Factory layout, and recommend changes to Line manager as needed
2. Provide work content reduction, work aid, Line of balancing tools to plant engineers to work on efficiency improvement
3. Conduct training & implement Lean tools in order optimize resource, achieve business's strategies & KPIs
4. Assist Line Manager in evaluating implement new technology/machine/equipment and calculating effectively by return on investment
5. Build up work procedure, work instruction for all IE function team, Update when necessary to adapt business strategy
6. Issue NSI/work instruction including but not limit : specification, machine parameter
7. Manage BOM ( Bill of Material) to make sure smoothly and properly.
8. Manage BOL ( Bill of Labor) to make sure smoothly and properly
9. Tracking and action to maintain Line of balance
10. Build up database for making production plan ( style change matrix, operation change matrix, operator skill matrix, efficiency history matrix)
11. Propose to Line manager all opportunities to improve/enhance production productivity/capability or process improvement
12. Other assignment by Line manager
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
a. Education: University graduate (textiles or engineering degree is preferred)
b. Experience:
At least 1 year working experience in the same position at big size company (1,000 labors up)
Good command in English, both oral and written
Proficiency in Microsoft office/excel/PowerPoint
Good at process improvement (based on LEAN, GSD, SAH, PDCA, Line balancing…). Candidates who are strong in data analysis will be more preferable.
Good at Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, 5S, Process-Quality Tools…)
