- Act as a talent connector, managing full-cycle recruitment for senior positions (e.g., CEOs, HR Directors) on behalf of corporate clients.
- Build and nurture long-term partnerships with businesses—especially in manufacturing, electronics, automotive, and industrial sectors.
- Identify and engage high-caliber candidates via headhunting, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Guide clients and candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure optimal matches.
- Drive business development by expanding Navigos Search’s client base and pipeline.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Professionals with at least 3 years of experience in Sales, BD, Solution Consulting, or Recruitment—preferably in Manufacturing or B2B environments.
- Advanced English skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders.
- Goal-oriented individuals with a proactive and resilient mindset.
