We are exploring possible investments in electrical infrastructure, rooftop solar, smart metering for industrial zones (“IZ”). This job is responsible for sourcing industrial zone targets to explore possibilities for energy-related collaboration with IZ developers and internal IZ power retailers. Moreover, the responsibility will include oversight of budget, design, timeline, and quality management.
Detail duties:
o Sourcing feasible greenfield and operational IZ for analysis and selection
o Conducting site surveys of IZ and proposing for investments
o Identifying and managing a network of consulting companies, EPC contractors to enable project feasibility
o Implementing and managing the procurement process for IZ-related activities
o Building and managing the customer relationship
o Responsible for regulatory compliance of projects, design feasibility, budget, timeline

o Bachelor’s degree in related field
o Experience in electrical infrastructure for industrial zones
o Good relationship with IZ developers and power retailers in IZ
o Strong business development and technical knowledge in integrated energy solutions.
